When motivation comes along you gotta ride the wave hard and fast before it falters. After an awesome conversation last night, and a brainstorming effort a couple days ago, I have a fire lit that I'm ready to stoke.
I'm finally excited about finishing college.
I got online this morning and looked up all the classes I need to graduate and had finished my list when a little bird whispered in my ear. The whisper was telling me to explore a minor. A minor in Computer Electronic Publishing. The best thing about this is that after I laid out the ground-work, I came to the conclusion that it would only take one extra semester to finish it. This would finally finish my degree in Theatre, AND give me an extra skills set to use on the side (or if it would become very lucritive, as a main income). Basically the C.E.P. minor would have me working with Digital Media and eventually with Web Design... something I'm already pseudo-familiar with.
Anyway, for the first time in a year and a half, I'm excited about finishing school.
The End is in sight, and I'm pressing on!

Hooray! Finally I don't have to be ahsamed of loving you!
I think you'll feel a lot better about a lot of things once you've finished, man. It's been hanging around your neck, I can tell (even in the limited time we're around each other).
BTW, you got mentioned on my blog again today in an overly-convoluted discussion of feed subscriptions (you didn't even know you had a feed, did ya?).
Check your MySpace, BTW.
I am excited with you, Scottie. If you need anymore "talking to", I am always here! :-)
Just remember that you are very talented and can do most anything you want.
Love ya lots!
