While shopping at the grocery store for snacks the other day, I was in the cracker aisle (where I belong), and passed by - as I had many times before - the Easy Cheese. It seemed to call out to me this time though. I reached out and grabbed it and put it in the basket.
When I got home, it was like an old friend long forgotten. I remember when I was younger, I used to go through cans of easy cheese like they were nothing. I remember loving to make designs on the crackers. Those were simpler times.
Why do things have to change?

Put Easy Cheese in Bugels and eat them. YUMMY. A long-lost slumber party treat. Mmmmm....
I think I've found my new passion in life. ;)
Supposedly if you put easy cheese on a cookie (chocolate chip or sugar) it will taste like cheese cake. Let me know how it tastes!
